Base Requirements: $250 Application Fee (Administrative
cost and background checks)

Attendance at our Annual Meeting
(An Exhibitors Booth is required) Provide a purchase volume
report by franchisee on a monthly basis. Work with our
franchisees using the Code of Values as a guide.
If you are approved as a preferred vendor we have a minimum $1,500 fee for set up on our e-commerce portal
or more if the integration is more complex.
